Mr. Hornstein joins Coupons.com from Financial Intelligence, where he was managing director for the firm and provided accounting consulting services to technology companies, including Coupons.com for which he served as interim chief financial officer. Before that, he was chief financial officer at LogLogic, Inc., a provider of log and security management solutions. Prior to his appointment at LogLogic, Mr. Hornstein was chief financial officer for Elemental Security, a provider of security software policy and risk management solutions.

He has also worked for the Big Four accounting firms of Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and KPMG.

“I’m passionate about growing companies and establishing the financial strategies and infrastructure required to support—even accelerate—their growth, in both public and private settings,” commented Mr. Hornstein. “I’ve never been a part of a business that had such a bright future and so I am excited to join the Coupons.com team where I can leverage my experience to help guide the company for continued growth.”

Mr. Hornstein earned a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College, a J.D. from Duke University, and a Masters in Law degree in Taxation from New York University. Mr. Hornstein received his certification as a public accountant in New York in 1987.
