Jennifer Ceran is chief financial officer at Quotient, formerly Coupons.com Incorporated, leading corporate finance, accounting and investor-relations functions. Ms. Ceran joined in WHEN? Previously she was vice president of finance at Box, Inc., the cloud-based, enterprise content management company. She joined Box in October 2012 and oversaw treasury, investor relations, and procurement functions.
Prior to joining Box, she spent almost a decade at eBay Inc. in varying roles, including VP Investor Relations, VP Financial Planning & Analysis and VP Treasurer. She managed every aspect of the company’s external capital raising activities and internal treasury operations. She also managed the Finance Leadership Development Program, designed to develop top finance talent, and was on the board of the eBay Foundation. Ceran also spent more than a decade at Sara Lee Corporation, where she held various finance roles across corporate development, FP&A and treasury in domestic and international markets.
Ceran’s achievements have been well recognized. In 2012, Institutional Investor magazine ranked her the No. 1 Investor Relations Professional in the Internet sector. For four consecutive years, from 2006 through 2009, Treasury and Risk magazine named her as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Finance.”
Ms Ceran has significant international experience, having lived and worked in France, The Netherlands and Ireland during her career. Ceran holds a M.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A from Vanderbilt University.
